In addition to cement and clinker, Medcem Global also realizes the domestic sales and export of fly ash, subgrade ash and gypsum produced as a result of coal burning in Thermal Power Plants.

EREN HOLDING has been operating in the cement sector for more than 30 years. In 2015, as MEDCEM, it continues to contribute to the cement industry with a new brand.
MEDCEM exports approximately 4 million tons of cement and clinker annually. Medcem will increase its annual clinker production capacity from 3.5 million tons to 6.6 million tons in the first quarter of 2023. Medcem, which will provide a capacity increase of approximately 90%, will be among the largest cement factories in the world.

Packaging & Loading
Medcem has its own private port capable of simultaneously loading/unloading 2 Panamax and a 15,000 mton ship.
Bulk cement and clinker loading speed: up to 15,000 mton/day (Saturday-Sunday Included)
Bagged product loading speed: up to 5,000 mton/day (Including Saturday-Sunday)
Unloading rate: 7.000-15.000 mton (Including Saturday-Sunday)
We also have the option of domestic loading by silobus.
Standard Big Bag packaging is available with 1.5 Ton and 2 Ton options.
According to customer demand, different types and tons of packaging options can be loaded.
Sling Bag packaging is available with following size options:
1.5 TON (50kg bags)
1.6 TON (25kg bags)
2.125 TON (42.5kg bags)
According to customer demand, different types and tons of packaging options can be loaded.
Standard and Non-Pallet Stretchood Coating options are available with 2 Tone and 1.5 Ton options.
Depending on the demands of our customers, different size options are available.
