Bauxite

It is a mixture of aluminum oxide and hydroxides with a hardness of 1-3 and a density of 2.5-3.5 g/cm3. 90% of the world metal aluminum production is obtained from this ore. It is also used in the production of elements such as bauxite, vanadium and gallium. It is the building block of building materials such as fire-resistant refractory bricks and cement.
